Stiletto was engaged to create a framework for a strategic plan for a new technology park and to solicit stakeholders buy-in and support. Many of the stakeholders in the local ecosystem were not familiar with the concept of a technology park; it was therefore important to craft the right messaging to engage partners, and to support Northeast as it was preparing for planning and development.
Stiletto provided execution support to Northeast to engage partners and undertake strategic planning and development. This included:
- Stakeholder identification, messaging and material development, and outreach and onboarding.
- Preparation and distribution of request for proposals for master planning service providers.
- Development of shortlist criteria, identification of candidates for responses to the request for proposals and supporting the selection of a successful proponent.
- Development of a governance model to feed into strategic planning exercise.
Stiletto supported Northeast in identifying and onboarding five partner stakeholders and secure $250,000 USD for the strategic planning process.
If I was to rank how happy I am with Stiletto’s work on a scale from 1 to 10, it would be an 11. They accomplished everything I asked them to accomplish – and then some. The work exceeded my expectations and I have felt the value. I’ve referred Stiletto to others that are looking for strategic planning and would absolutely work with Stiletto again in the future.
