The Situation

The key partners in the EaRTH District, a joint initiative between five post-secondary universities and colleges in Greater Toronto, needed to demonstrate cross-institutional collaboration and the concept’s broad social and economic impacts.

Our Approach

Stiletto worked with the five institutions (UTSC, Centennial College, Ontario Tech University, Trent University, and Durham College) on the EaRTH District Initiative. Stiletto provided strategic direction and recommendations on how to launch the concept and support the collaboration efforts. Stiletto’s hands-on involvement included project management, planning and materials, and in-person facilitation.
