Laura holds a variety of regional, national, and international leadership positions, and she has developed a strong network of innovators and collaborators. She is an award-winning business leader and is frequently sought out as a speaker to share her entrepreneurial journey and her passion for building communities of innovation.
Jenna is an experienced project manager, facilitator, and market researcher who excels at energizing and mobilizing teams. She has led complex, multi-stakeholder projects and generated high-impact results for research park, innovation district, economic development, government, and industry clients. Known for her engaging leadership style, Jenna guides project teams to success by providing personalized support from the planning stage through implementation. She has facilitated more than 150 strategy sessions and meetings with individuals and groups at all levels, from community members to C-suite leaders.
Jenna has a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (marketing) from the University of New Brunswick. She is a board member of the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce and has been sought out as a mentor and invited speaker.
Jeffrey has spent the last four years working in private student housing where he led the development team as Project Executive leading to the creation of over 3,000 beds totaling upwards of $320M in total costs. Prior to that, Jeff was the Director of Discovery Park District Development, and was responsible for leading the nearly $1 billion development of Discovery Park District, a large-scale and long-term, mixed-use district that serves as the western entry to Purdue University and the City of West Lafayette. This vibrant new community represents a generational opportunity to transform Purdue and the Greater Lafayette area.
Before that, Kanable led the contracting branch of Purdue University’s Sponsored Program Services, responsible for reviewing negotiating and executing over 330 contracts per month.
Prior to joining Purdue University, Kanable enjoyed ten years of successful management and team leadership in the commercial real estate industry, serving many roles in the acquisition, development and construction of real estate located throughout the United States.
A native of Lafayette, Indiana, Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Purdue University and his Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Denver.
Austin has over 30 years’ experience associated with research and technology parks and developing successful communities of innovation. He specializes in governance modelling and launching new organizational structures. Having served in leadership roles with Innovation Place, Association of University Research Parks (AURP) Canada, and AURP International, he has been recognized by the International Association of Science Parks as a research park expert.
Austin is a trained facilitator of the Pacific Institute’s Investment in Excellence program and a co-founder of TALM Services.
David Campbell is the President of Jupia Consultants Inc., a business and economic development consulting firm. David has more than 25 years of experience as a consultant and working with industry, not-for-profit organizations, and governments. His focus areas include economic development strategic plans, economic impact analysis, immigration strategy, demographic profiling, sector development and investment attraction.
David has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and has completed additional education from Harvard University in Boston and the University of Waterloo. He is active in multiple community volunteer roles, including his role as a board member of the United Way of Greater Moncton and Southeastern New Brunswick.
Lynda is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and President and CEO of Aperture Capital Consulting, a New Brunswick-based consulting firm. Her specialties include corporate governance, administration of corporate finance projects, raising capital, business modelling, and financial analysis. Lynda excels in developing and providing interim financial management solutions.
Tara specializes in professional communication, project management, and community engagement. She has over 20 years’ experience in private and public sectors, including roles in marketing, communications, and research management. Tara is a skilled relationship builder, and her approach to strategy development and stakeholder engagement reflects her deep commitment to inclusive and equitable economic and social impact. Tara has managed a variety of complex projects with multiple stakeholders, working with clients including University of Toronto Scarborough, Ignite, and the New Brunswick Association for Community Living.
Tara holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Political Science. She also has a certificate in Civic Engagement and Global Citizenship.
Cailee is an experienced project lead, data analyst, and grant writer who excels at communicating with clients and translating data into strategy. With an approach that is accessible and engaging, Cailee is adept at managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and generating high-impact recommendations for economic development agencies, institutions, regional governments, and businesses.
Cailee holds a Master of Science in urban and regional development from the University of Cardiff and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in economics and finance from the University of New Brunswick.
Joshua has over 15 years of experience in writing, research, and post-secondary teaching. He specializes in researching and producing content for reports, grant applications, education materials, and presentations. Joshua has developed a range of research products for economic development clients, including comparative matrices and market landscape analyses. He also excels at developing training programs and toolkits, including workforce development materials to help employers attract and retain workers in a tight labour market.
Joshua holds a Master of Arts in English literature from Carleton University.
Kim is a writer, editor, and researcher with over 20 years of professional experience in the private and public sectors. She has written and edited business and strategic plans, policy papers, briefing notes, slide decks, website copy, and sales sheets for a broad range of clients. Clarity and accessibility are always her primary goals, and she is energized by working with organizations to tell their stories in ways that engage and inspire. Katherine is a research and data specialist who leads the Stiletto research team in data collection, analysis and process. Her asset mapping of community and entrepreneurship ecosystems, research excellence, education, and industry has contributed to insights and strategic recommendations for various clients, including Western Research Parks, the Michigan State University Foundation, bwtech@UMBC, and Innovation Place.
Katherine holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s University and a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Consultancy from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. She helped pioneer and develop the Edinburgh Consultancy Bootcamp at Heriot-Watt, which connected academia and industry on experiential learning-based projects. Katherine is also a member of Women Who Do Data (W2D2), a member-led cooperative dedicated to advancing women and underrepresented professionals in data, and Statistics Without Borders, a volunteer outreach group of the American Statistical Association that provides support in statistics and data science to non-profit organizations.
Rosalynd Mitchell is an economist specializing in economic and social impact analysis, labour market assessment, and economic forecasting. She develops and applies advanced economic models to generate data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making for public, private, and institutional clients. Her work focuses on translating complex economic, workforce, and market data into focused, actionable recommendations. She has led a wide range of engagements, including economic impact assessments, demand modelling, and industry analysis, supporting clients in evaluating growth opportunities and long-term investments.

Victoria is a talented designer and illustrator with more than 10 years of professional experience that includes all aspects of print and digital document design. Most recently, Tori has designed materials for clients including Pima County, the City of Niagara Falls, the Collaborative at the University of Arkansas, Western University, and the Maricopa Area of Innovation.

Amelia Puñales is a dynamic marketing and communications specialist supporting content production for Stiletto’s social media, website, proposals, and client materials. Drawing on previous experience in marketing and communications roles, she ensures Stiletto’s external-facing content is both engaging and insightful.
