Vision is great. But without execution, it’s abstract. We help you make it real. Our team of advisors, strategists and researchers brings over 175 years of combined experience to offer specialized expertise, big-picture thinking, and deep data analysis to craft relevant, right-fit solutions for your organization.
Your success is ours. That looks like:

  • A plan you can use every single day.
  • A strategy that evolves as you grow.
  • Realistic recommendations for your budget and team.
  • Engaged stakeholders with a clear shared vision.
  • Research-backed confidence in your path forward.
We engaged Stiletto to help us deepen the engagement between the university and the research park. The work exceeded our expectations. It reinvigorated the connections between the university leadership, the park staff and tenants, and people in the community. We’re able to make some very immediate changes to how we function as a park. “ Lesley RiggPresident and Vice-Chancellor, Brock University (Former Vice-President Research, Western University)
