Cybersecurity stakeholders in government, academia and industry in Fredericton, New Brunswick, wanted to develop a shared agenda to grow their cyber workforce and ecosystem.
Working collaboratively with the key committee members and other stakeholders, Stiletto conducted a thorough analysis of current university enrolment levels in cybersecurity-related courses and programs and future enrolment needs to keep pace with workforce demand. Stiletto worked with the stakeholders to determine how they might build workforce capacity and increase collaboration between institutions.
