The Province of New Brunswick and New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) identified a need to strengthen and improve the talent pipeline for mobile equipment operators. NBCC had an opportunity to reimagine its existing mobile equipment operator programming to become a leading training centre in Atlantic Canada.
Stiletto helped NBCC envision a new training centre that would differentiate it from other institutions and training providers as a leader in mobile equipment training.
After extensive stakeholder outreach, data collection and trend analysis, Stiletto developed a strategic roadmap including a two-phased approach, with recommended activities organized into four main pillars: employer engagement, market analysis, program improvement and differentiation, and improved talent attraction and retention.
