Planet Hatch, an entrepreneurship centre in Fredericton, New Brunswick, wanted to develop a program to meet the growing demand for skills development, reskilling and upskilling.
Stiletto developed a program called The Future of Work. This flexible, 12-module program could be delivered in two-hour, half-day or full-day sessions or as two courses through a university course (six modules per semester). The Future of Work focuses on reskilling and upskilling opportunities based on an assessment of transferable skills.
The Future of Work Program was so successful that Planet Hatch’s managing director created a for-profit company, Future of Your Company, to deliver it. They onboarded their first and second cohorts in 2022.
